Eoin is a Neuromuscular Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist (NTC certified), currently advancing his studies in Osteopathy from ICOM, Cork. With a strong foundation in movement and bodywork, he completed his 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2023, deepening his understanding of anatomy, alignment, and the mind–body connection.
Sanjam is a Craniosacral Therapist (Member of IACST) , Yoga, Pilates instructor, meditation teacher, and massage therapist (ITEC qualified) with over a decade of experience in mindful movement and holistic health. In her approach, she believes the body knows how to heal itself when we create the space to slow down and truly listen.
