1. General
All services offered by Centred Wellness, including therapies, yoga, Pilates, and workshops, are provided for well-being, relaxation, and general health support only.
Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients are advised to consult their GP or a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any therapy, class, or workshop, particularly if they have an existing medical condition or concern.
By booking a session or class, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and take full responsibility for your participation.
2. Health & Medical Responsibility
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or recent surgeries prior to the session or class.
Centred Wellness is not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or adverse effect resulting from undisclosed or incomplete health information.
If you are unsure whether a therapy or class is suitable for you, it is your responsibility to seek medical clearance before booking.
3. Consent & Right to Refuse Service
All sessions are based on mutual trust, respect, and consent.
Centred Wellness reserves the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any session or class if:
The therapist or instructor feels unsafe or uncomfortable
The client’s behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe
The session is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or well-being
Centred Wellness prioritises personal safety and professional boundaries. This decision is final and does not require justification.
In such cases, a session may be terminated without refund.
4. Liability
All services are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
Centred Wellness, its therapists, and instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or adverse outcome arising from participation in sessions or classes, except in cases of proven negligence.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Centred Wellness accepts no liability for loss or damage.
5. Booking & Payment
All sessions and classes must be booked in advance.
Centred Wellness does not accept walk-ins.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Centred Wellness.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being charged.
Centred Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment.
7. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow guidance provided during sessions and classes.
Any abusive, disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
8. Privacy
All personal information is stored securely and used solely for booking, communication, and wellness-related purposes.
Centred Wellness does not share client information with third parties unless legally required.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or class, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Centred Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
